I work in the ITS CSM team, which develops and maintains fleet management applications, passenger information systems, and ticketing solutions. It is an environment where hardware and software components operate together under strict industry standards, supporting the deployment of systems across international projects. Within the team, I provide support for web and desktop applications that have already previously been deployed to clients.
We operate with structured workflows for project tracking, documentation, CI/CD processes, and code quality standards, ensuring consistent coordination and reliability in production environments. I am specifically focused on the maintenance phase: implementing functional updates requested by clients and resolving issues and bugs that were not identified during earlier stages of the product lifecycle and were under the radar!
