I work in the ITS CSM team, which develops and maintains fleet management applications, passenger information systems, and ticketing solutions. It is an environment where hardware and software components operate together under strict industry standards, supporting the deployment of systems across international projects. Within the team, I provide support for web and desktop applications that have already previously been deployed to clients.

We operate with structured workflows for project tracking, documentation, CI/CD processes, and code quality standards, ensuring consistent coordination and reliability in production environments. I am specifically focused on the maintenance phase: implementing functional updates requested by clients and resolving issues and bugs that were not identified during earlier stages of the product lifecycle and were under the radar!

I developed and integrated custom extensions for Siemens APS Opcenter (previously known as Preactor), enhancing its functionality and user experience:

• Creating user interfaces across multiple .NET platforms, including ASP.NET, WinForms, and Blazor, leveraging Telerik components to ensure high-quality UI and good performance.
• Consuming and producing REST APIs using .NET and Express.js to facilitate seamless integration and communication with external systems.
• Integrating data from ERP solutions (specially SAP), ensuring smooth data exchange and workflow automation.
• Developing internal productivity tools and applications using Flutter and Blazor, enhancing internal processes and usability.
• Utilization of Microsoft SQL Server for database management, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
• Managing source code and collaborative workflows using Git within Azure DevOps, maintaining efficient version control and facilitating smooth team collaboration.

I contributed in the development of BI4Web, the company’s business intelligence web application.

• Contributed to the launch of BI4Web V22, actively involved in migration processes, implementing new features, and collaborating with the development team through detailed code reviews, refactoring, and continuous development.
• Performed fullstack development primarily using C#, .NET Framework, Blazor, and MS SQL Server, emphasizing robust architecture and efficient data handling.
• Enhanced user experience and interface responsiveness by effectively leveraging UI libraries such as DevExpress.
• Managed and maintained version control processes using Git integrated within Azure DevOps, facilitating efficient collaboration and streamlined development workflows.
