@JordiBlanch and i developed this Flutter application using ARCore library for Android. Users could register and log in, data was saved in MariaDB through our API developed in .Net.
Once the user was registered and logged in, it was automatically included in the general ranking and the user could join the AR game: using the smartphone, and in certain locations where the festival was happening, the main objective was to find all of the individual pieces of a puzzle (shown in Progress Screen). These pieces were placed in 7 different locations and they were appearing randomly and getting cycled through each location from time to time (so it was much harder to find all of them and completing the puzzle).
When a user entered a certain proximity radius of a piece, smartphone vibrated and the user could open the camera screen, look up for the piece which was placed randomly and touch the piece on the camera screen and gain points. We had around 20 users that day and that was very fun! As a beginners project, it was a great experience and it was nice to achieve all the key points that we planned in the beginning of the project. We were so proud (we are, still).
You can see a short test demo here.
This is just a screenshot of the registration screen, because why not 🤷🏻♂️
