I work in the ITS CSM team, which develops and maintains fleet management applications, passenger information systems, and ticketing solutions. It is an environment where hardware and software operate together under demanding industry standards, supporting deployments across international projects.

Within the team, I support web and desktop applications that are already deployed to clients.

We work with structured workflows for project tracking, documentation, CI/CD processes, and code-quality standards, helping keep production environments coordinated and reliable. My focus is especially on the maintenance phase: implementing functional updates requested by clients and solving issues and bugs that were not detected in earlier stages of the product lifecycle.

I developed and integrated custom extensions for Siemens APS Opcenter, previously known as Preactor, improving both functionality and user experience:

• I built user interfaces across several .NET platforms, including ASP.NET, WinForms, and Blazor, using Telerik components to keep quality and performance high.
• I consumed and exposed REST APIs with .NET and Express.js to make integration with external systems smoother.
• I integrated data coming from ERP solutions, especially SAP, ensuring reliable data exchange and workflow automation.
• I developed internal productivity tools and applications with Flutter and Blazor, improving internal processes and usability.
• I used Microsoft SQL Server for database management, keeping data integrity, performance, and security in good shape.
• I managed source code and collaborative workflows with Git inside Azure DevOps, maintaining efficient version control and smooth teamwork.

I contributed to the development of BI4Web, the company’s business intelligence web application.

• I took part in the BI4Web V22 release, helping with migration processes, new features, code reviews, refactors, and ongoing development with the team.
• I worked full stack mainly with C#, .NET Framework, Blazor, and MS SQL Server, focusing on solid architecture and efficient data handling.
• I improved user experience and interface responsiveness by making good use of UI libraries such as DevExpress.
• I managed and maintained version-control workflows using Git inside Azure DevOps, helping collaboration stay smooth and organized.
